In addition to working on commercial developments WampWorx is certified by the Massachusetts Department of Capitol Asset Management (DCAM), the Massachusetts Supplier Diversity Office (SDO) as a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) and a Minority-Owned Business Enterprise (MBE). These certifications not only qualify WampWorx to perform work as a general contractor for the state, state owned facilities and towns throughout the state, but also to work for general contractors needing to meet requirements to hire sub-contractors determined to be minority owned or a disadvantaged business.

In 2005 and in 2010 WampWorx was issued a Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) by the Department of Defense (DoD.) The MATOC authorizes WampWorx to bid as a general contractor or sub-contractor on construction jobs on all military installations in Massachusetts. In 2010 WampWorx was awarded a new five year MATOC for Rhode Island DoD projects.

For the DoD, finding responsible general contractors who possess the capacity to perform the work and have the integrity and reliability which assures good faith performance is of the highest priority when considering what companies will be MATOC recipients.
